The US Limited Liability Company (US LLC) is a renowned and respected structure allowing for excellent profit retention, combining the corporate advantage of a limited liability with the partnership benefits of pass-through taxation.

The US LLC is 'fiscally transparent' – meaning that the members of the LLC (and not the LLC itself) are taxed on the profits. Therefore, if the members are incorporated in a low or nil tax jurisdictions, then the profits can be re-distributed according to the tax benefits of the jurisdiction.
