The two partners of the firm are:

David Stevenson - Director

David studied in the UK before moving to the Isle of Man in the early 1990`s. Previously David worked for OCRA Worldwide in his capacity as General Manager for Business Development before being appointed to the main board of OCRA in July 2001 and Fortis Bank as a senior client relationship manager focusing on private clients and intermediaries.

Having spent the last fifteen years in the offshore arena David has in that time built up a considerable amount of knowledge and experience and has particular expertise in the formation of single purposes companies and Trusts along with structuring complex cross border solutions.

David is also a member of the Compliance Institute

Adrian Hall - Director

Adrian is Manx born and bred. He graduated from East London University with an honours degree in Business Management and has worked in the Internet industry and offshore insurance industry before moving into offshore company provision.

Adrian is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries and has completed the foundation certificate in International Trust Management.
